The Preparation of Copper Products

A tradition inspired by the ancestral wisdom of the East

In many Eastern traditions, every object created with intention is considered to carry a subtle imprint. For thousands of years, artisans, monks, and spiritual masters across Asia have taught that the inner state of the person crafting an object influences the quality of what is created. The gesture, the attention, and the purity of intention become just as important as the material itself.

It is within this spirit that the preparation of Orgo-Life products takes place.

Even before the manufacturing process begins, Aruna takes time to purify the materials. According to ancestral traditions, natural elements can retain subtle traces from their origin, their transportation, and their handling. To harmonize these influences, she uses sacred plants recognized in many cultures for their cleansing qualities, such as sage and palo santo. This step symbolizes a return to clarity and balance.

Throughout the manufacturing process, Aruna maintains a state of inner focus. In the silence of the mind, she mentally recites Sanskrit mantras — ancient formulas from the spiritual traditions of India. For thousands of years, these mantras have been used in meditation to cultivate harmony, balance, and alignment with the natural forces of life.

In the traditional Eastern worldview, the elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space — form the invisible foundation of existence. Ancient cultures also speak of elemental forces, the principles that maintain the balance and vitality of nature. By working with calmness and presence, Aruna seeks to align with these fundamental forces.

Every gesture becomes a form of active meditation.
Every step is carried out with a clear intention: to create objects that reflect harmony, respect, and balance.

The intention guiding this work is simple and profound:
to act in a spirit of service.

Service to humanity,
service to the environment,
and service to the energetic harmony of the places where these objects will be used.

Eastern wisdom teaches that when an action is performed with sincerity, awareness, and respect for nature, it contributes to the harmony of the world. This philosophy inspires the preparation of Orgo-Life products: uniting craftsmanship, mindful presence, and respect for the elements into one harmonious process.

Thus, each creation becomes more than an object.
It becomes the reflection of an intention — to contribute, in its own way, to a more harmonious space for all.

Orgo-Life® Copper Spirals – Handmade Pure Copper

Ancestral Heritage of Copper

For thousands of years, copper has been one of the most respected metals used by ancient civilizations.

The Egyptians, Sumerians, and cultures of India and China were already using copper more than 2,000 to 3,000 years ago. It was found in temples, ritual objects, jewelry, and ceremonial instruments.

Why copper?

Because copper has an exceptional property: it conducts and transfers electrical charges and natural influences extremely well.

In ancient times, copper was placed in:

·        temples and pyramids

·        ceremonial staffs

·        protective jewelry

·        ritual instruments

Ancient cultures observed that this metal seemed to amplify natural phenomena and the interaction between humans and their environment.

Copper has also been used for centuries in many artisan traditions to create spirals, coils, and geometric forms.

Copper in Early 20th Century Research

At the beginning of the 20th century, several researchers and inventors continued exploring the properties of copper.

Among them:

·        Nikola Tesla – pioneer in electrical research, coils, and wave transmission

·        Wilhelm Reich – known for studying the interaction between organic and metallic materials

·        Royal Raymond Rife – who experimented with frequency-based devices

·        Dr. Hulda Clark – who used copper in certain electrical experimental devices

All of them observed an important fact:

Copper is an excellent conductor and a highly stable material for coils, spirals, and circuits.

This is why copper is still widely used today in:

·        electrical coils

·        transformers

·        antennas

·        electronic systems

The Geometry of Spirals

The spiral is a form found everywhere in nature:

·        galaxies

·        seashells

·        plants

·        DNA

For centuries, artisans have used spiral shapes to create dynamic structures.

Spirals are also widely used today in orgonites and resin creations.

The Special Design of Orgo-Life® Spirals

Orgo-Life® spirals are different from standard spirals.

They are designed with:

A double opposite spiral

·        one spiral turns to the left

·        one spiral turns to the right

From the center, both spirals create a balanced symmetrical movement.

The ends are twisted like small antennas, giving the spiral a distinctive geometry.

Each spiral is:

·        hand-rolled

·        manually adjusted

·        visually inspected

99.99% Pure Copper

We use high purity copper (99.99%).

There are several types of copper used in industry:

·        hard copper

·        semi-hard copper

·        soft copper

Orgo-Life® spirals are made using soft copper, which allows:

·        better malleability

·        precise handcrafted shaping

·        smooth and balanced spirals

Copper remains the ideal material for this type of work.

In theory, it would also be possible to use:

·        24-karat gold (excellent conductor but extremely expensive)

·        pure silver (also a great conductor but now very costly)

Copper therefore represents the best balance between quality, accessibility, and durability.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Each spiral is handmade by Aruna and Arunda, founders of Orgo-Life®.

The process involves careful steps:

·        selecting the copper wire

·        shaping the double spiral

·        twisting the ends

·        final visual inspection

This artisan approach gives each piece a unique character.

Use

These spirals are commonly used for:

·        orgonite creations

·        resin art projects

·        handmade crafts

·        geometric compositions

Multiple sizes and wire gauges are available to suit different creations.
